Ensure company asset management as per company policy
Validate the gate pass as per the company procedure
Ensure stationary as per the requisitions from employees
Provide protocol services to higher officials, expatriate consultants, employees and buyers
Coordinate and handle all maintenance of office facilities including renovation, repair, construction and expansion
Coordinate the maintenance of Expat residence home appliances
Ensure pest control measures as needed
Plan and execute seating allocation of employees and workstation shifting etc.
Follow up on the maintenance of office beautification and gardening
Oversee housekeeping to ensure neat and tidy work environment in all premises
Update all details related to expat residences in MIS module
Ensure and supervise all related operations for expatriate residence
Monitor and maintain CCTV footage to ensure overall safety and security of the office premises
Follow up on regular log maintenance for bike parking in office premises
Regularly check expiry dates on fire extinguisher on each floor and replace as needed
Assess and ensure all safety measures pertinent to fire hazard, employee first aid facility and structural safety of the establishment, safeguarding overall security of company lives and properties
Correspond with all the members of the ZXY regarding facilities arrangements/requirement as and when required
Monitor store security and maintain store requisition
Ensure total support and coordination in arrangement of official events like sports and cultural activities
Education Requirements:
Graduate in Business Administration from a well reputed institute
Additional Qualification:
2-3 years' experience in a similar role in any reputed organization
Ability to work independently and handle multiple customers and vendors at a time
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
Strong presentation and delivery skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
