Position: Executive / Senior Executive - Tax and Legal
Vacancy: 02
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate subject matter specialty on income tax and VAT, and ability to apply knowledge of current legislations and practices to client / business issues, and ability of understand and interpret the taxation and VAT law
Ability to guide and manage clients' accounts on day-to-day tax and VAT compliance matters
Analyze issues, prepare returns and other
submissions to the tax / VAT authorities ensuring
overall efficiency and tax / VAT optimization
Draft client deliverables detailing interpretations of tax and VAT laws
Assist clients in understanding tax / VAT disputes
and identifying actions to be taken to resolve
such disputes in line with relevant laws
Represent tax / VAT issues of the clients before
the tax and VAT authorities to ensure the best
outcome / services for the clients in line with the
laws
Education Requirements:
Not Mention
Additional Qualification:
Minimum 5 years' practical experience of working with big4 / MNC / local conglomerate in the area of tax and VAT
In depth knowledge in local Income Tax and VAT laws
Excellent verbal and written communication skill with ability to write reports independently
