Position: Training Manager, Sales

Vacancy: Not Specific

Responsibilities:

  • Design quality sales training programs within budget limitations
  • Schedule individual and team training plans on a regular basis
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
  • Oversee training material and suggest improvements
  • Choose the most appropriate training method per case
  • Evaluate sales team performance to ensure incorporation of taught techniques
  • Report on training program effectiveness
  • Discipline and provide coaching to salespeople as necessary
  • Engage in one-on-one reviews with salespeople to maximize performance
  • Create an open-communication climate and gather team members' preferences for potential training
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
  • Stay up-to-date with employee development trends
  • Collect and interpret data to determine effectiveness of training techniques
  • Write and publish training materials

Education Requirements:

  • MBA / M.Com from any reputed University
  • Skills Required: Traing

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 38 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications
  • Expertise on preparing reports and presentation skill in Excel
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Good interpersonal skill, ability to interact and build relationships and work as a team
  • Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
