Position: Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager, Accounts

Vacancy: Not Specific

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
  • Ensure cash voucher/bank voucher with supporting papers are submitted properly
  • Maintain all account books/registers/ledgers timely Calculate withholding Tax and VAT with timely payment through treasury challan
  • Provide necessary financial data/information to the Management as needed
  • Handle accounting software Tally ERP-9 independently.
  • Need to prepare Monthly/ Quarterly as well as Yearly MIS report, Sales report, Debtors report, Collection report
  • Assist to prepare periodical financial reports and analysis
  • Knowledge on Electronics products import and sales business is preferable
  • Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted daily.
  • Reconcile the Bank Accounts and party ledger daily basis.
  • Software knowledge is must i.e. Talley, Mediasoft, Redbook, ERP
  • Have to prepare accounts as per IAS/IFRS
  • Prepare monthly stock report by physical verification.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management

Education Requirements:

Post Graduation in Accounting and CA (CC) with part qualified candidate will get preference.

  • Age 23 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Core Accounting knowledge

  • Honest, Smart & Energetic
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
  • Attention to details & Eager to learn
  • Ready to work under pressure & meet deadlines
