Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006 as amended in 2015, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003 and ILO Convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
Responsible for recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
Ability to conduct OCS & RCS audits.
Communicate with BGMEA/BKMEA, ACCORD/RCS, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
Capable to deal with all other HR, Admin and compliance related matters.
To monitor training /awareness on regular basis.
Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives i.e. water saving, energy saving, waste management, etc.
Assist to develop and sustain ACCORD standards.
Assist forming HR rules/ policies and implement the same
Responsible to run the overall operation of the company with an emphasis to implement the policy and strategic programs relating to administration, HR and other issues
Developed and implement an annual agenda for Admin & HR strategy.
Responsible to provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references etc.
Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads.
Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods
Co-ordinate recruitment through management and recruitment team/Admin & HR team.
Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary
Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
Coordinate with Board of Directors, Chairman, Managing Director, Directors for the development and implementation of day by day operation and all strategic programs
Conducted PC Meeting, Safety Committee meeting regularly basis.
To face the audit independently by various buyers audit firms.
Education Requirements:
Master degree / MBA / BBA from any reputed institution
Training / Trade Course: Compliance, Admin, HR & Labor Law
Candidates having diploma in Social Compliance from any reported institute will be given Priority.
Additional Qualification:

Must have expert knowledge on Compliance, Admin & HR & at least 12 years.

Knowledge of management, supervisory, leadership methods and principles.
Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.
