Responsible for overall supervision of the project activities.
Design and execute project work plan to meet the goals and objective of the project.
Responsible for grant ensure for projects.
Collaborating with stakeholders, finance team and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds.
Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Responsible to Submit narrative and financial reports to the management end of every month.
Ensure good coordination with all stakeholders, government and non-government liaison office.
Develop Project Plan and consultation with the team, with the assigning of roles and responsibilities against the activities of the project as per approved proposal.
Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level.
Share progress of on-going activities of the project and future plans in line with the project plan with the CEO with required support if any.
Share and finalize the program documents (formats) for required compliance in consultation with the CEO
Develop project presentation, project introduction and other project orientation and visibility matter for staff, visitors and general stakeholders.
Liaison with Admin & Logistics, Finance and HR in Head office to take support in order to make project activities as per budgeted.
Make sure project legal documents are completed and signed.
Education Requirements:
Masters degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Collaboration, creativity and initiative, Effective Communication, excellent reporting, Integrity, ownership and strong leadership quality
Additional Qualification:
Age 25 to 35 years
The position requires internal working relationship with Accounts, HR, Admin, Legal and others departments.
The position requires external working relationship with government /non-government stakeholders.
