Position: Executive - Quality Assurance (Knit Fabrics)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Review all inline/final inspection report and conduct counter inspection of fabric and make final decision
  • Coordinate with PMC & delivery section on transfer of fabric which are passed on all quality parameters
  • Monitor and inform quality problem & details at the start of production of every order to related department for corrective action
  • Monitor the dye lot inspection, preparation and submission and provide update to related department
  • Coordinate with testing department for test results & inform to concern department in case of failed results to have corrective action
  • Maintain shade, GSM, continuity & inspection reports for buyers' reference during visits
  • Ensure proper utilization of resources.
  • Give continuous guidelines to the subordinate & update all reports to the related department & maintain required MIS.

Education Requirements:

B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed University

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 27 to 30 years
  • The incumbent should have at least 1 year work experience in the position of Executive in Quality Assurance with a large Knit Textile industry.
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
