Position: Project Engineer (Civil)

Vacancy: 03

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should have clear concept/idea/experience in Structural and Construction work
  • The Candidate should have experience in construction of high rise office/commercial buildings
  • The candidate will be responsible to implement project as per design and variation, if any
  • Ensure completion of project on time and within allocated budget
  • Strong follow up and persuasive skills
  • Ability to run the construction project independently
  • Responsible for leading the Project/ Construction
  • Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance
  • Capable to run the complete construction management
  • Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
  • Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing
  • Project store and stock maintenance
  • Any other task assigned by management
  • Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
  • Capable to run the whole construction team to get the job done out of them.
  • Ensure adequate manning to complete the project within time.
  • Participate in Quality Control of the project.
  • To give much more emphasize to complete the project in time.
  • Ensure work done at Site as per design & drawing.
  • Solving construction difficulties & carry out cost estimation.
  • Cooperation with design, marketing, procurement and accounts departments.

Education Requirements:

Diploma / B.Sc in civil engineering from reputed institute/ university.

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 26 to 40 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The Candidate should have working experience in respective field in well reputed real estate/ construction company
  • Well conversant with MS Office applications, AutoCAD, GRASP, GEAR, STAAD. Pro . internet browsing etc.
