The candidate should have clear concept/idea/experience in structural and construction work.
The candidate should have experience in construction of Residential/Office/Commercial buildings.
The candidate will be responsible to implement project as per design and variation, if any
B Sc in civil engineering having minimum 05 years experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering having minimum 10 years experience.
Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
Ability to run the construction project independently.
Responsible for leading the Project/construction.
Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance.
Capable to run the complete construction management.
Able to prepare work and project completion schedule.
Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing.
Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
Assist estimator in preparation of project budget.
Prepare the general conditions budget.
Have confidence in own ability to intelligently communicate with design team/client as well as effectively lead the trades.
Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis.
Raise and discuss relevant issues at the job site meetings. Prepare & issue minutes of all site meetings.
Inform the Consultant/Client of ant errors, discrepancies or omissions contained within the Consultant's design drawings.
Ensure completion of and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
Control and monitor labor, material and equipment expenses.
Ensure that "as...built" drawings are prepared on an ongoing basis by all trades during the construction period and issue final close...outs to consultant/owner accordingly.
Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.

Education Requirements:
B.Sc / Diploma in Civil Engineering from Public university with having good academic result.
Skills Required: Building Construction, Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Safety, Project Management, Real Estate project Development, Safety compliance
Additional Qualification:
Age 30 to 40 years.

Experience in Construction works with 4 or 3 Basement of High-rise Building.
Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
