Position: Officer/ Assistant Officer - Cutting (Knit Garments)

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure checking of fabric consumption before cutting;
  • Ensure cutting plan after receiving the production plan;
  • Follow up receiving fabric from store as per fabric order sheet and initiate for on-time availability of fabric for on time cutting;
  • Follow up receiving sample, cutting pattern and measurement sheet and other relevant information from responsible parties;
  • Participate to PP meeting to identify the risk of all new styles;
  • Follow up all quality process under QMS. (Ex; Shade wise laying, CPI, Relaxation, Etc);
  • Follow-up order cutting ratio;
  • Follow-up laying plan;
  • Follow-up all process of fabric cutting to avoid cutting fault;
  • Ensure timely sending & receiving of cut product for print & embroidery as per plan;
  • Maintain on time delivery of Cut kit to sewing section as per demand;
  • Align all the processes according to EOS;
  • Follow up the supervisors Daily routine & their work actions;
  • Ensure compliance with Epyllion Group policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land;
  • Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team;
  • Perform plan problem solving & continuous improvement session weekly with the Team members;
  • Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Education Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline from any reputed university

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • The applicant must have working experience in Cutting with large reputed knit garments.
  • Should have minimum 2 years in experience in the same position
  • Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
  • Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
  • Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
  • Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
  • Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
  • Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
