Position: Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) for Paper Industry

Responsibilities:
Act as a second in command of the factory and responsible for factory administration in absence of Factory/Department Head.
Ensure overall administration of the factory and provide instant administration support to PPBM, MPMC and PPP factory.
Ensure factory safety & security and directly supervised security department.
Conduct and arrange all meeting including departmental coordination meeting, raw material committee and delivery committee meeting.
Ensure housekeeping and ensure compliance of the factory as level- appropriate.
Supervised recruitment process of the factory and checked monthly attendance including OT, wage and salary administration.
Responsible for employees leave management of all factories of MIC.
Look after the overall welfare of the employees and implement the policy of the group.
Prepared monthly report of HAC department and coordinating other department for appraisal report.
Provide all sorts of logistics support and transport management including forklift.
Conduct factory purchases and check purchase requisition, bill, voucher related to the department.
Responsible for factory accommodation, Dormitory, Mess, guest room, canteen and VIP guest room management.
Ensuring a safe and pleasant visit, handle VIP visit, protocol and guest entertainment.
Keep close liaison and maintain relation with local Thana, Industrial police, NSI, DSB, Union Parishad chairman, boiler inspector and factory inspector.
Keep all licenses updated including Factory license, trade license, UP tax, Boiler license and vehicle documents.
Maintaining factory Entry-Exit permit including factory manpower, guest, vehicle etc.
Maintain contractor, transport company, daily labour and other suppliers.
Confirm all reports and correspondence as needed.
Provide daily report to Hon'ble Chairman regarding complex daily.
Education Requirements:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Additional Qualification:
Age at least 35 years
Excellent interpersonal ad relation building skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Proven management leadership skills
Should have considerable knowledge on Factory HR, Payroll, Labour Law 2006
