Work closely with Sales Head in implementation of sales forecasts & strategies in the assigned area.
Find out the Market gaps, Sales opportunities and take appropriate measures and inform the same to the line manager including the field personnel to avail the opportunities.
Visit markets, Distributor's, Outlets on regular basis to search new business opportunities and recommend appointment of new distributors in uncovered areas.
Analysis the Monthly Target, Primary Sales (Lifting), Secondary Sales, Distributor Stock, Credit & Over Due report & take necessary action based on findings.
Motivate, Train, Monitor & Follow up sales activities of team Members. So that they can easily get oriented to ensure achievement of Sales target (Primary & Secondary).
Ensure close monitoring of distributor's business transactions on a day-to-day basis with product availability of each possible outlet.
Ensure sales distribution, Merchandising, display works which are carried out company's objective.
Ensure documentation of work (at all phases) in compliance with company policy & procedures.
Any other job assign by the supervisor or line management time to time.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Additional Qualification:
Age 22 to 35 years

At least 3 years experience in Sales & Marketing including minimum 2 years in TSO/TSM level. Preference will be given to highly experienced candidates.
Good experience in selling Telecom & Electronics goods like Mobile Accessories.
Good leadership and inter-personal skills.
Able to work under pressure and achieve set target.
