Lead role in safety compliance and incident investigation. Review's evaluation of performance and aligns associate objectives to business strategy.
BBA or MBA in HR will be added advantage.
Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel Skills Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in Warehouse management/ Plant HR Management procedures and best practices.
