3. Personal file collected from responsible section daily basis.
4. Data input once complete personal file
5. To visit floor every day before office resumes and check every employee using their PPE and keep aisles mark unblocked.
6. Maintain employee and staff leave record.
7. Provide approve card for the selected employee before lunch period.
8. Prepare ID card for the new employees and provide them before they join their respective designated position.
9. Prepare appointment letter of employees and give them a copy.
10. Properly preserve documents after finish the task.
11. And any others HR & Admin related works assigned by immediate supervisor and Management.
12. Service Book Updates:
Graduation in any discipline
1. Service book update regularly,
2. Open service book after complete 3 months,
3. Leave, warning information update in the service book.
