Develop and provide comprehensive social and welfare services, including counselling and coaching to employees as well as follow up programs on the needs analysis.
Facilitate employee's social integration within a new environment and culture.
Visit employee accommodations to conduct welfare related activities on monthly basis.
Ensure that welfare provisions are extended to employees as appropriate and inform management accordingly.
Implement proactive employee relations initiatives and provide the needed awareness.
Identify and address issues, concerns, and identify the root cause of any matter that needs escalation to the Management.
Ensure necessary assistance and care is provided to employee who has undergone medical treatment.
Participate in orientation programs for new employees.
Prepare and provide required training for employees.
Prepare and implement engagement calendar and plan.
Translator (Bengali to English and vice-versa)
Speaking other languages (Hindi and/or Sinhala) is an advantage
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology, Sociology or related field
Skills Required: Ability to communicate effectively, Creative Thinking, Excellent writing and presentation skills., Good Computer Skills, Problem solving and multi tasking skill, Proficient in English, Translation
