Position: Executive/Sr. Executive - Purchase

Vacancy: Not Specific

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
  • Managing smooth liaison with listed/non listed supplier.
  • To ensure goods with competitive price with schedule timeline.
  • Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
  • Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment’s, accessories, trims, goods and machineries.
  • Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
  • Following and implementing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Ensure Data Entry accurate and transparent on SAP/other’s software.
  • Provide necessary Data and report to Department Head and Finance Department.
  • Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.
  • Any other related task assigned assign by management.
