Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned
Develop and implement to ERP software and Training the ERP users.
Data entry ensure for all department.
Coordinate with ERP service providers to ensure migration, trouble- shooting and user training.
Background Processing, Increase tables pace & prepare report, Update Monitoring, System Log.
Support provision of data to ERP service provider for technical as-is like, current database structure and current software structure.
Do Method Study, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing.
Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
Do garments manufacturing process break down, machine layout.
Determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials;
Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills Educational Requirements.
Must be know about MS Excel office work.
Education Requirements:
Minumum graduation
Additional Qualification:
Age 28 to 35 years

Excellent in written and oral communication in both Bangla and English.
Personality: Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
Personal Situation-Must be mature and domestically secure.
Specific Job Skills-Excellent job performance.
Computer Skills- Must be adept in use of MS Office 2008 or later, particularly Excel and Word, and ideally Access or similar database to basic level, Internet and email
