Must have thorough understanding of financial reporting and maintaining General Ledgers, bill vouchers, sub-contract deals etc.
Preparation of Cash Flow Statement separately on Daily/ Monthly / Half Yearly / Yearly basis to the reporting authority.
Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, Stock register, and Employees Register.
Must ensure on time preparation & submission of actual receipt & payment statement of each company separately on monthly/ half yearly/ yearly basis to the reporting authority.
Bank Reconciliation.
Preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Management.
Good working relationships with colleagues, partners.

Preparation of bill and vouchers for payment and entering the transactions into subsidiary ledgers.
Manage daily billing transactions.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures and resolve accounting discrepancies.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Good writing skills, sound good
