Position: Fire Safety Officer

Responsibilities:

• Performing regular fire safety inspections of the Factory/facility.
• Responding to fire emergencies, investigating and reporting the causes of fire and take appropriate actions.
• Must have Keep up to date on fire and safety rules and regulations promulgated by government agencies and the NFPA.
• Maintaining all the Fire detection and protection systems.
• Organizing regular Fire prevention, Firefighting & safety awareness training sessions for facility all employees in the Factory/facility.
• Preparing Fire & Safety Layout of the project/establishment.
• Preparing SOP for Fire Fighting & Safety Process.
• Forming an emergency response team & preparing guidelines for them.
• Supervising all Fire & Safety personnel. Protects employees during emergencies.
• Extinguishes fires & Executes rescues.
• Prevents fire damage by conducting surveys and inspections for hazards and enforcing codes.
• Ensures availability of water at fire scene by testing hydrants, requesting and expediting repairs, and verifying repairs.
• Minimizes fire damage by responding to alarms, driving and operating equipment, regulating water pressure, combating and extinguishing fires, and rescuing and reviving people.
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Evaluates new equipment and techniques. Maintains fire station building, grounds, and related equipment by completing maintenance schedules.
• Assist in preparing/ updating policies for safety compliance
• Must have good knowledge about NFPA of fire safety.
• Must have good knowledge about RSC Fire rules.

Additional Qualification:

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• It is better if the application receives long-term training from the fire service and civil defense.
