1. Make committee and follow up
2. Take care of washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.
3. Helping all workers about leave, maternity benefits and maintaining a register.
4. Training all employees and maintaining a register
5. Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.
6. To provide them guidance/assistance in availing Medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and their legal assistance.
7. Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
8. To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water, etc.
9. To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.
10. Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees orientation
11. Ensure salary getting the on-time and correct amount.
12. Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace
13. Counseling and motivate all the workmen regarding office discipline and absentism.
