Be responsible to managing company’s accounting activities and maintaining the records.
Handle accounting software in Excel sheet, ERP and Tally independently.
Maintaining of Purchase & Sales register with all relevant formalities
Reviewing and approving expense reports
Reconciliation of financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing accounting information
Bill checking and verifying (Supplier Bill, Construction Bill, and Party Payment).
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
Reconciliation of the customer ledger regularly
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Generating billing statements and reports
Analyze financial statements and budgeting
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Performing special tasks or analysis as assigned by management.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Skills Required: Accounts, Computer skill
Additional Qualification:
Age 25 to 40 years
Only males are allowed to apply
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures in Garments/Dyeing Departments
Hands-on experience with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
