To maintain & administer company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT management etc.
To provide different types reports to the management as required on timely basis.
Prepare and recording all transactions like Receive vouchers, payment vouchers, requisition and daily cash/bank transactions by maintaining proper accounting system.
Ensure petty cash, cash management and cash disbursement is properly maintained.
Ensure appropriate recruitment action plan to support talent sourcing for a newly establishing limited company.
Update lunch expense every month & adjust employee dues with mobile expense as required.
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective solutions

Provides general administration supports and services for clients for set up new office.
Maintain attendance, salary sheet, monthly budget and related papers.
Keep the ‘Asset Management’ inventory updated. Keep the softcopy updated on a monthly basis. There should also be a hard copy of the file signed off by all employees for what items are being used by who. For any addition or change to the file, keep a note in the hard copy file.
