Position: Officer (Accessories store)

Vacancy: 5

Responsibilities:

 

 
  • To receive accessories from buyers of all styles.
  • Making order requirement sheets of all buyers & styles.
  • Collecting floor consumption from productions.
  • Collecting all finishing items, doing inventory & reporting to Manager as well as concern Merchandiser.
  • Organizing and keeping accessories as per 5S systems, maintaining the register for the goods at the time of in and out.
  • Communicating with Suppliers & Merchandisers for smooth collection and return.
  • Making sure ERP posting & register are well maintained.
  • Making closing summary after closing style and submitting to Manager and Merchandiser.
  • Ensure maintenance of Store compliance including LIFO, FIFO & BIN Card Method.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the head of department/ higher authority.
  • Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability with maintaining compliance.
  • Delivery of right type of items to right place at right time in right quantity and quality for uninterrupted production.
  • Reviewing & monitoring the total Space of store to determine the condition of storage items and its safety.
  • Reporting immediately in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials.
  • Ensure proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.

Education Requirements:

Hon's in any discipline.

Additional Qualification:

1. Excel: Filter, Pivot table, SUMIF, SUMIFS.

2. ERP: CUSTOMIZED.

3. Mail communication.

Experience:

4 Years

20K - 25K
