2. Candidate should have well experience on programming related to SHIMA SEIKI, Beworth, brand jacquard machine.
3. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring 100% utilization of the knitting capacity of the factory.
4. Guide the team to prepare knitting plan according to yarn TNA (Time and Action) and coordinate with the planning team to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD).
5. Maintain close coordination with external factory & other stack holders, production & planning teams to ensure TNA/OTD.
6. Collaborate closely with internal marketing and external factory technical teams to develop new innovations, follow fashion trends, and meet special requirements of buyers.
7. Plan and direct activities such as coordinating with other department heads as required.
8. Review complaint trends and product/component failure analysis; reviews corrective actions with appropriate personnel.
9. On time delivery the goods to the linking section.
10. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
