This is in continuance of the chargeâ€sheet dated__________ issued to you and the enquiry held in pursuance thereof. The management is satisfied that the charges leveled against you are amply proved.
On the bases of the charges proved against you, dismissal from service would be rather appropriate in the ordinary course but in consideration that this is for the first time you have been found guilty of the charge, the management decided to afford you an opportunity to improve yourself and instead of awarding the extreme penalty, imposes upon you a fine of Tk ………….. as punishment.
