Job Description of Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, IT
Job Title: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager, Information Technology
Responsibilities/Duties:
- We are looking a dynamic and self-driven professional for our IT & MIS department as Deputy Manager/ Manager IT & MIS. The position " Deputy Manager/Manager IT & MIS " will driven the IT team as a leader to accomplish the infrastructure & ERP solution as per the requirements of the company.
- Implementation and rollout of ongoing full ERP systems in a real-time visible result
- Post implementation management and maintenance of the ERP systems and monitoring data, data flow & systems, data life cycle etc.Adequate understanding of the current business, business process and innovation of efficient & effective process flow
- Database administration/management, data analysis and reporting of the ERP systems
- Architecting, implementation and maintenance of allied IT infrastructure required for the ERP systems
- Coordination and relationship development between internal businesses stack holders and third-party contractors, vendors and consultants to perform the required tasks/jobs
- Recording and managing ERP systems activities, change management (application and database) for both Head Office and Factory
- Managed control protocols for LAN/WAN infrastructure.
- Ensured proper DNS, IP, Firewall, VPN and configuration, local server & Networks.
- Router, Switch, LAN, WAN Installation Configuration computer networks including hardware/software support.Plans, designs and implements data connectivity for local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN) systems.
- Creating, implementing and maintains user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges and security policies;
- Perform penetration tests on computer systems, networks and applications
- Firewall, Router, Switch Configuration Audit
- Maintenance of User Access Control and management strictly and Manage security systems alone with all DVR/NVR and CC Cameras.
- Network device Configuration and Implementations.
Additional Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Additional Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT & MIS in Knit composite garment factory
- 3+ years experience in web platform software design, development, and implementation
- Experience in KANDAREE, KORMEE, and DHIRAJ (all modules)
- Strong skills in Net framework, C+/C# language, MSSQL/Oracle database, crystal report, etc.
- Strong understanding of Server configuration, data center management, etc.
- Preference given to successful ERP system implementers
- Good understanding of Accounting and financial applications and systems and working with other functional teams.
Location/Working Conditions:
Mention company location and may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
