Job Description of Manager /Sr. Manager, IT
Job Title: Manager /Sr. Manager, Information Technology
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks and servers.
- Monitor network performance and security, proactively identifying and addressing any vulnerabilities or issues.
- Must have work with on MS office application, office 365 & supporting Microsoft environments such as Active directory, Share point, File and print servers etc.
- Must have knowledge on CCTV system and Attendance system.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery procedures and maintain backup and restore procedures of Database servers.
- Oversee the configuration, installation, and maintenance of network equipment, server and software.
- Develop and enforce network security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance, training to existing IT team and support technicians.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure network equipment, software, and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to network infrastructure and support, recommending and implementing improvements as appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to network architecture, configurations, support procedures, and user guidelines.
Additional Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering
CCNA, MTCNA, MCSA
Experience
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Additional Requirements
- CCNA, MCSA, MTCNA Certified will get preference.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, topologies, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAS)
- In-depth understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls and access control.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting server, network equipment such as Dell/HP servers, MikroTik, Cisco switches and routes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and
develop a technical team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Location/Working Conditions:
