Job Title: Officer, Accounts
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Checking and preparing of vouchers.
- Preparing expense bills.
- Maintaining petty cash.
- Ensuring accounting journal entries into the software.
- Preparing cash debit vouchers.
- Delivery order checking and release.
- Regular collection entry posting.
- Checking of transport bills.
- Prepare regular fund flow statement.
- Reconciling of liquid cash balance with ERP balance.
- Prepare monthly expenditure statement.
- Prepare asset schedule.
- Provision of sales relate expenses and other expenses.
- Checking of Bank payment, Receipt and journal Voucher through accounting software & check monthly cash/credit sales & collection.
- Any other job as decided by the upper management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories
Location/Working Conditions:
