Job Title: Front Desk Officer, Admin
Responsibilities/Duties:
Achieve guest satisfaction by supervising the office communications system
Greet guests coming to reception area, taking details and informing relevant staff promptly
Receive call, give feedback and message convey in respective personnel
Divert callers to appropriate person by operating the office switchboard
Respond positively to all lawful inquiries in regard to office
Check all phone lines working properly/out of order, if out of order inform Call Center & follow up time to time and inform all via mail
Maintain Movement Register and attendance sheet
Maintenance and follow up of the visitor's card
Check & Supervise incoming & outgoing faxes
Receive and dispatch all incoming and outgoing mail respectively and maintain mail register
Assist management to prepare schedule and follow-up
Arrange meetings, conferences of management when required
Make sure all incoming mail is distributed immediately and outgoing mail dispatched, and fill in the dispatch report (hard and soft copy)
Call interviewees for interview as per schedule given by human resources
Perform other administrative and secretarial tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong communication skill
Able to communicate effectively with all levels
Experience in large organization is preferred
Computer literacy( Skype, MS office) is required
Location/Working Conditions:
