Job Description of Transport Officer, Admin

Job Title: Transport Officer, Admin 

Responsibilities/Duties:

• To be responsible for day-to-day transport operations.
• To keep all vehicle’s related documents up to date and maintain records.
• To ensure proper management of transport and duties of drivers.
• To maintain transportation schedule.
• To monitor and keep record of transport movement.
• To ensure proper maintenance of transports.
• To maintain GPS tracking system and keep records.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc), Bachelor of Arts (BA)

Experience

• 1 to 2 years

Additional Requirements

• Age at most 35 years

• The applicants should have knowledge of car troubleshooting and repairing experience.        
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transportation Regulations, Logistics Management

Location/Working Conditions:

Mention company location and may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
