Job Title: Asst. Manager - Compliance
Responsibilities/Duties:
Ensure entire factory Compliance operations.
Ensure effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.
Follow the existing strategic policy & procedures in respect of Compliance.
Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyers' code of conduct.
Maintain excellent industrial relations between the workers, floor staffs & the top management of the company.
Liaison with merchandising, production, QA & all other Departments in order to coordinate with buyers' visit, inspection and take all necessary steps for facing the buyers/Govt. and compliance audit.
Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions and take all possible measures to adhere with buyers' compliance instruction.
Resolve employees grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
Sound knowledge on BLL, BLR-15, BNBC, NFPA & ACCORD/Alliance standards.
Experience on SLCP/FSLM, FEM, WRAP, SCS/C-TPAT, SEDEX, BSCI, GRS, OCS, GOTS & RSC.
Any other task assigned by the management.
