Job Description of Manager, IT & MIS
Job Title: Manager, IT & MIS
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Maintaining and troubleshooting ERP Software.
- Cooperate ERP Development Team.
- All kinds of user support ERP and Payroll Software
- Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential threats
- .Analyze security incidents, providing timely and accurate assessments.
- Utilize security tools to investigate and analyze potential vulnerabilities.
- Participate in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.
- Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Design, implement, and maintain effective cybersecurity solutions.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.
- Monitor and analyze security incidents, providing timely response and resolution.
- Participate in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures.
- Expert in all IT support and troubleshooting activities related to: Servers, Structured Networking & VPN, and Internet Connectivity.
- Maintaining MIKROTIK Router's, Wi-Fi Devices, Network printers; IP Based Video Surveillance.
- Access Control Devices & Attendance-Payroll System; IP PBX Management, Public Address (PA) System, Video Conferencing Devices, Multimedia Projectors, Scanners, and Online UPS, etc.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, Server System, operating systems, and applications.
- Provide proactive and reactive data management support (SQL Server) and training to users.
- Maintaining and Monitoring Windows Active Directory System (Windows 2019 Server)
- SQL Server and Central Anti-Virus Application with Firewall; Providing Support to Corporate Computer users and Smartphone users (IOS & Android) and any other handheld devices.
- Strictly maintain company IT policy including C-TPAT procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science
Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
