Job Title: Asst. Manager (Store) for Garment Unit
Responsibilities/Duties:
To maintain the overall store operation from incoming materials to product shipment.
Responsible for store management, prepare and establish store policy & SOP.
To maintain goods incoming & outgoing procedure as per company policy.
To maintain proper reconciliation of materials for both issue & stock along with records.
Ensure to maintain the proper traceability, identification & storage procedure of all types of incoming and stock materials.
Ensure to maintain all required documents properly such as; gate pass, all types of challan, invoice, test standard, certificate etc.
Prepare monthly stock closing summery & reconciliation report and also submit to the top management.
Provide the required support and help to all team members to perform their activities perfectly.
Monitoring Safety issues of entire store department.
Arrange & provide necessary training & awareness to the team members.
Ensure goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store.
To maintain software-based system for materials delivering to the production floor as per plan.
Any other responsibilities assign by the Management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education
Bachelor/ Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience
Additional Requirements
Forecasting, Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory, Purchase/ Procurement, Store Inventory and Control, Wastage management.
Good knowledge & skills in MS Office package.
Must have strong leadership, decision making & problem solving, and inter-personal skills.
Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability. Willing to work under pressure.
Knowledge in handling ERP software. Supervisory & Team building Skills.
Location/Working Conditions:
Mention company location and may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.
