Job Description of Manager, Maintenance
Job Title: Jr. Officer, Human Resources
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Prepare and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all machines in the factory.
- Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance etc.
- Receive, Investigate and respond to problems and take necessary corrective action.
- Track expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Follow up Installation, testing, operation and maintenance of Generators, Transformers, Power supply units and all types of machinery of garments as per business requirements.
- Organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like RSC/Accord, Alliance, along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ electric safety, fire safety, mechanical safety, structural safety, environmental safety etc. and work on different CAPs relating to electrical/RSC given by relevant buyers.
- Must have knowledge of preparation facilities as per Accord (RSC) standards and others as required as per compliance.
- Must have a high level of understanding and working knowledge on Electrical & Mechanical.
- Must have the ability to analyze data and achieve high levels of productivity, quality and cost effectiveness.
- Maintaining Inventory of Spare parts and Utility operation & maintenance budgets.
- Lead the maintenance team of different wings, i.e. electrical, mechanical & civil.
- Follow-up installation of new equipment accurately.
- Lead, Monitor, Appraise & train subordinates to achieve the business goals.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
- 7 to 10 years

Location/Working Conditions:
