Job Title: Assistant Manager (IE & Planning)
Responsibilities/Duties:
Setting, monitoring and continuous improvement for Industrial Engineering department to achieve company target as well as coordinates with production team to solve and fix all issue to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
Increase productivity & efficiency.
Do Method Study, Motion study, Time study, Line balancing.
Calculate non-productive time, reduce defects & wastage.
Do garments manufacturing process break down, machine layout.
Determine SMV, Arrange & Design guide feed & folder on time (Pre-Production Attachments).
Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
Prepare production layout for the floor for effective utilization of men, machine and materials.
Analyzing productivity & calculate efficiency.
Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop skills Educational Requirement.
Ensure pre-production preparation for new product styles by coordinate with related departments to ensure the required material, method, skilled manpower, line layout and machines are achieving production requirements.
Study and record time, motion, method, and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, clerical, and other worker operations for such purposes as establishing standard production rates or improving efficiency.
Employee production Incentive report monitoring and approval of the incentive amount.
Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of similar styles, capacity plan, line plan and factory monthly plan based on the history of line and factory efficiency.
Making and approving OBs is one of the main tasks. Releasing style OB, line layout and thread consumption chart for line(s) to be done based on scheduled plan.
Fostering Lean culture and application to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and reduce wastes.

Incumbents must have experience in Woven RMG.
Fabric knowledge, technical knowledge (Sewing, Finishing, Cutting).
Must be proficient in English writing, reading & speaking.
Up to date knowledge on related equipment/machineries.
Leading people, Planning & Organizing, Adaptability.
Location/Working Conditions:
