Job Title:   Planning & Coordination (Training)

Responsibilities/Duties:

As the Planning and Coordination Specialist, you'll oversee various aspects of program management, including:

  • Scheduling live and on-site training batches efficiently to optimize resources and enhance student engagement.

  • Facilitating registration and enrolment processes, including follow-up communications and managing registration deadlines.

  • Coordinating the launch of new batches and courses, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication with students.

  • Managing student groups on platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook, facilitating announcements and discussions.

  • Monitoring student attendance and engagement, implementing strategies to encourage participation.

Requirements

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Training Institutes, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

 

  • Location/Working Conditions:

    Mention company location and may require occasional overtime or weekend work during peak periods.

     

    Salary/Benefits:
