Job Title: Planning & Coordination (Training)
Responsibilities/Duties:
As the Planning and Coordination Specialist, you'll oversee various aspects of program management, including:
Scheduling live and on-site training batches efficiently to optimize resources and enhance student engagement.
Facilitating registration and enrolment processes, including follow-up communications and managing registration deadlines.
Coordinating the launch of new batches and courses, ensuring seamless execution and timely communication with students.
Managing student groups on platforms like WhatsApp and Facebook, facilitating announcements and discussions.
Monitoring student attendance and engagement, implementing strategies to encourage participation.
