Assist patients through the admission process, undertaking full nursing assessment of the patient. Following nursing assessment, plan patient's care with the patient. Ensure implementation of care to a high standard and ongoing evaluation of care. Safe moving and handling of patients with different mobility problems Assist the doctors as necessary with clinical procedures Administer medication to patients safely as per hospital protocol and nursing council regulations. Participate in patient health education Act appropriately in an emergency situations, summoning help and assisting colleagues as necessary. Full understanding of infection control measures implementing universal precautions at all times. Any task assigned by the department.
Diploma/B.Sc in Nursing & Midwifery from any recognized institute.
Age 20 to 28 years. Both males and females are allowed to apply. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Nurse.
