Grievance / Suggestion Resolve Committee in RMG Sector of Bangladesh

Grievance Committee is a committee formed within the local union by a group of representatives chosen from a labor union or from both labor and management to consider of an organigation of RMG Sector. Now a days its a very useful committee for RMG Organization. The grievance committee serves grievances arising from the violation of a contract, state or federal law of an organization.
