Position: Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager - IR / Legal

Vacancy: 01


To deal with the law and order maintaining agency.
Keep coordination with Legal Consultant for better understanding.
To review existing agreements, issue necessary documents to meet the requirements of Local laws.
Maintain custody of legal documents of the Company.
Scrutinize the legal documents and ensure everything is in accordance with approved and prescribed formats.
To advise the Company on potential and actual legal/litigation risks through pro-active risk analysis.
Record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and make reports, interview witnesses,obtain signatures.
To handle any unexpected situation regarding legal Issue.
Control & Communicate with proper channel during any incident.
Others responsibilities will assign by the Management.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Additional Qualification:

Age 30 to 35 years.
Only males are allowed to apply.
Enrolled as an assistant of advocate.
Strong Leadership Skill.
Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent team playing aptitude with pleasant personality Have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
In the relevant field is specially encouraged to apply.
