Scrutinize the legal documents and ensure everything is in accordance with approved and prescribed formats. To advise the Company on potential and actual legal/litigation risks through pro-active risk analysis. Record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities and make reports, interview witnesses,obtain signatures. To handle any unexpected situation regarding legal Issue. Control & Communicate with proper channel during any incident. Others responsibilities will assign by the Management.
