Responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all sewing related equipment's of the woven factory. Especially good knowledge about various kinds of Folder fixing, identifying and trouble shoots. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance etc. Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting. Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner. Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning and installation properly. To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level. Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re-actively managing dysfunctional machinery with shift management. Ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations. Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation. Designing maintenance programs. Checking Maintenance units. Recording daily maintenance activity. Monitoring inexperienced or new employees. Running an efficient repairs reporting system. Responding quickly to any emergencies. Conducting employee performance reviews. Involved in the hiring on maintenance personnel. Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run. Building up maintenance teams. Any other works assigned by higher management
