Attending the PABX at Main Office • Accurate and timely correspondence. Maintain correspondence on criteria basis like urgent, confidential etc. and • Communicate with concerned personnel as and when needed. Report on incoming and outgoing correspondence. Regular update of Personal and Official Files of Management Keeping Management's calendar and making reservations accurately and smoothly.
