Position: Regional Manager - Field Sales

Vacancy: 02

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets & Market share by Effective Management of Assigned Dealers , Regional Sales Team.
  • Achieve highest Customer Satisfaction following high quality standards of sales operation.
  • Continuous Development of Dealership Manpower Quality, Sales Operation Quality by Regular Training in all aspects of Sales & Marketing.
  • Preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly sales target and activity plan.
  • Implement the in-shop and outdoor product promotion activities.
  • Regular communication and reporting.
  • Field Visit for 10 days in a month for Dealer Development and Market information collection.
  • Support in expansion of Dealer Network.
  • Any other responsibility assign by superior for organizational requirement.

Education Requirements:

Preferably MBA in Marketing / Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 32 to 37 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • 5+ years related experience, preferably in related industry with strong focus on Field Sales.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong business acumen.
  • Data driven and process oriented.
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus skills.
  • Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Functioning of specific software.
