Position: HR Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR operations by recruiting, screening, interviewing, selecting, hiring, on boarding, training, coaching, growing and retaining staff.
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing staff job contributions, determining productivity, resolving complex employee relations and issues, and implementing positive changes.
  • Developing action plans, measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, researching, developing and updating policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Providing coaching and feedback to employees across the company on how to implement high standards and improve individual performance.
  • Managing day-to-day activities related to all hiring and HR needs, including company benefits. Maintains confidential employee files and personal information, as well as employee relations and communications.
  • Maintaining work structure by creating and updating job requirements and role definitions for all positions.
  • Organizing employee team-building events, birthdays, anniversaries, company parties, staff appreciation, annual reviews and personal development opportunities for all staff members.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • Absolute fluency in English Speaking, Writing and Listening.
  • Experience with employee relations
  • Dynamic mindset and ability to handle any critical situation on the spot.
  • Ability to safeguard confidential information
  • Demonstrated problem solving ability and exercise great judgment
  • Ability to respond with urgency to time-sensitive matters
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team player mindset and have the ability to build relationships across all levels of the company
  • Proficient knowledge about online marketplaces and eCommerce.
  • Must be expert and very fast at using computer technologies and surfing the web. Please do not apply if you are not good at operating computers.
  • Ready to work on flexible hours as directed by the Management 12 PM - 9 PM
  • Ability to work under extreme pressure and get habituated with it.
