Position: International Call Center Agent (Home Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large number of outbound calls to USA/ Canada customers in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Receiving customers inquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), A Level, HSC, O Level Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skill are encouraged to apply

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 18 to 27 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Excellent communication in English (Verbal) is mandatory.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O level, A level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker)
  • Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA & CANADA (Bangladesh time 8PM - 5AM)
  • Candidate must have a PC/Laptop, Headset & a good cable internet connection with at least 5Mbps bandwidth.
  • Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of six months Probationary employment contract.
  • Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
  • Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent worker with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional, courteous, and know proper phone etiquette.
  • Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
  • Sound knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc.
