Position: Manager - Human Resources (HR)

Vacancy: Not Specific


  • Execute administrative support and assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Prepare documents and update records related with HR.
  • Manage interviews, recruitment and hiring as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with other departments in relation to HR activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and advice managers on such policies.
  • Any other task assign by the management time to time.
  • Must be able to work perfectly with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education Requirements:

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Bachelor's degree in Management/Human Resources Management, from a reputed university.
  • Should have sound knowledge of Administration, General HR, HR Operations, HR Policy

Additional Qualification:

  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have previous work experience as an HR Manager or similar role to any reputed organization.
  • Ability to work in challenging environment.
  • Applicant must be able to pick up the use of HR management software promptly.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bangla.
