Position: HR Manager

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
  • Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns. Prepare and issue all documents related to recruitment, selection, employment, promotions and postings.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
  • Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.
  • Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
  • Make sure all documents are maintained as per ISO Standards.
  • Planning and administering operational tasks ranging from recruitment and selection to managing payroll, attendance and leave issues along with conducting training and orientations.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.

Education Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Manage

Additional Qualification:

  • Age at least 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Candidates must have the ability to understand management orders and directions.
  • Preference will be given to those who have experience in multinationals.
  • Good Leadership ability, strong decision making and quick conflict management ability.
  • The incumbent should be self starter, vibrant & very much sound in routine HR job.
  • A team player and good communicator and capable to work under pressure.
