Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Leading and directing the human resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns. Prepare and issue all documents related to recruitment, selection, employment, promotions and postings.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Nurture a positive working environment.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
Evaluates reports, decisions and results of department initiatives in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
Providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.
Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
Make sure all documents are maintained as per ISO Standards.
Planning and administering operational tasks ranging from recruitment and selection to managing payroll, attendance and leave issues along with conducting training and orientations.
Ensuring compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Manage
Age at least 35 years

Candidates must have the ability to understand management orders and directions.
Preference will be given to those who have experience in multinationals.
Good Leadership ability, strong decision making and quick conflict management ability.
The incumbent should be self starter, vibrant & very much sound in routine HR job.
