Position: Executive, HR & Admin

Vacancy: 01

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the face of HR for the company.
  • Responsible for both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
  • Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
  • Develop different policy;
  • Information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc;
  • Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implements a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget;
  • Ensure all staff receives appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods;
  • Planning & Implement recruitment throughout the company through management;
  • Prepare all job descriptions for all departments;
  • Responsible for the management and administration of general office service;
  • Maintain all administrative works and records;
  • Responsible for housekeeping of office buildings; Supervise all the drivers;
  • keep contact with all concern of the organization;
  • Consult with IT vendors.
  • Monitor all IT related issues.
  • Any task assign by the management

Education Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Additional Qualification:

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply

Experience:

4 Years
