Maintain the schedules and diary of the Honorable Chairman and CEO ensure all appointments and meetings are updated.
Prepare and monitor daily program of Honorable Chairman and CEO .
To monitor national and international communications.
Arrange (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.
Compose and type agendas and correspondence for special events, committee meetings and development activities.
Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, rental cars, office & site meeting venues and go with them .
Sending meeting confirmation emails; prepare and distribute meeting materials.
Prepare various materials when requested, using PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Guest information receive, update on time & further
Should maintain the protocol.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Skills Required: English speaking, English writing, Fluent In English
Additional Qualification:
Age 24 to 29 years

Height : Minimum 5.4 inch
Incumbent should have the mentality to work under pressure.
Able to perform all kinds of secretarial works.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills to deal with different people.
Fully computer literate and good command over MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Email correspondences and internet browsing.

Applicant must have excellent oral & written communication skill both in English & Bangla.
