To lead, monitor and supervise overall activities of the Commercial Department to ensure that all export imports documents, Custom Bond, licenses, and C&F documents are properly prepared, recorded, updated, and preserved.
The candidate should have effective liaison & coordination skills with Bangladesh Bank, VAT BGMEA, EPB, BOI, Custom and Bonds, licensing authority like ECC, CPP and other related Govt. authority and agencies effectively.
Sound Knowledge on H.S. Code as well proper knowledge on inbound and outbound.
To monitor and track regularly the stages of all imports, exports, and payments follow up.
To provide vehicle program to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment and export schedule by maintaining proper documentation and dealing with transport agencies.
To ensure proper operation of all export and import jobs by providing necessary guidelines to team members
As the Head of Commercial Department, the ideal candidate should have excellent job expertise and leadership quality to lead the team members in an effective manner and achieve desired goal of the company.
The candidate should be capable to work independently in an efficient way. He should lead, monitor & guide all commercial team members to ensure that Import, Export, Export Documents, Customs, Bond, Licenses, C& F, Cash Incentive, Transportation etc. related Jobs are properly executed.
Ensure smooth operation of all export-import related jobs by providing necessary guidelines to the team members
Ensure proper & timely LC opening as per the set policy of the company
Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of all imports.
Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process
Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Export as well as payment follow-up.
Maintain effective Liaison with Banks, Shipping Line, Forwarding Agents, BGMEA, BKMEA and other organizations in relation to export and import documentation.
Provide Vehicle program to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment and export schedule by maintaining proper documentation
Follow up and maintain commercial reports related to Import and Export activities and submit those to management as per requirement.
Education Requirements:
Masters/ Graduation from any reputed university.
Fluency in English in both speaking & writing
Additional Qualification:
Age 45 to 50 years
