1. Responsible for Recruitment & Selection, Placement, Training & Development, Attendance & Salary Administration.
2. Implement & follow-up a sound Performance Management System for all officers, staff.
3. Taking disciplinary action and handling grievance issues.
4. To improve workers and management relationship, communication with staff.
5. Communicate and maintain relationship with govt. agencies like Fire & Civil defense department, Labor Office, Police Station.
6. Preparation/issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR & Administrative issues.
7. Any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
